Incident with a Santa

If I go to a department store that has a Santa in attendance and and an incident occurs with Santa which warrants legal action, do I pursue the issue with the Santa concerned, the departmental store or some sort of a central agency in the North Pole which handles all Santa issues around the world?

How could an old geriatric paedophile harm a grown man like you?

Cheers!

if you are mr hyde , you should kill him.
if you are dr jekyll , complain to his employer ,the all powerful christain god.

Other forumers should not expect free legal advice. Leongsam deserves my help for being the proprietor of a forum that encourages the freedom of speech, a constitutionally guaranteeed right.

It's a crap piece of advice. The organisation with the most resources is central HQ. He made no mention of it.

He guaranteeed. That's one extra e for a better guarantee.

A boliao comment from a desolate African town.

I will lock Rumpole up eventually at IMH for his anti-govt stance but not for his knowledge of the substantive law which is 1st class.

One extra "e" does not a mountain make.

"If we start quibbling over these things - whether the right of privacy should not be invaded by an Inspector of Police, and therefore unjustified, but by a person who wears three stars on his shoulders, and therefore justified - I think we will get ourselves thoroughly bogged down in a morass in which we will finally wind up by believing - as the Chief Minister once said - that white is black and black is white." - my master, LKY said so in 1955.

If Rumpole will not act for Leongsam, I will. Whatever Rumpole is for, I am against.

Depends on what kind of incident.

Let's say he tries to tickle your kid, are you going to say "wait hor, I call my lawyer first, he will call the north pole on my behalf."

Santa kicked his doggy.Doggy now 50-50, anytime can go...

Possibly he pulled Santa's beard to see if it's real or not. So, we cannot just listen to one side of the story.
We need to hear from Santa too. :D

Maybe this one is the REAL Santa from the North Pole??

Nuke the North pole?

Sue both Santa and the department store.

Assuming what Santa did was "in the course of his employment" with store, then store as employer is "vicariously liable" for what he did.

Santa is likely poor. That's why he has to take on this part time gig. Whatever you can't recover in full from Santa, you get from the store.

Any more advice sought and I will start to charge $$$ by the clock.
