In praise of Cherie Chung...

Sally YEH for me! Me also got moustache. With my jialak Mandarin, easier to tcss with Sally before, during and after the paint job. I think she was born and raised in "O Canada'.

Btw Angie Chiu old flame also famous moustache - Melvyn something, also a famous actor.
Always act in the role of married woman's lover one.
But George Lam moustaches is classic, I suspect he will look damn ugly without one, like Tom Selleck.....................

How did u get to know her and fly over so many places?

I invited her to Bali and she invited me to NY, because we're both Linsanity's fans. She's right now
pretty upset that Jeremy is with Houston Rockets. :)

Brother JW5 I want to shake your hand!!!!

I've been looking for this movie since I've watched it on TV more than 15 years ago! I remember it starred Chow and Cherie and she played a single mom.

No problem bro, I try to please. :p
Other than CYF acting as "Miao Miao Shu Shu", the movie is also famous for having "The Moon Represents My Heart" as background music.
My favourite movie starring Cherie. Excellent movie, great acting, great script, full of heart and action.

who is that lau ah pek sinkies? why is he so lucky?

Just finished <伴我闯天涯>, Have to say Chow Yun Fatt and Cherie Chung definitely have on screen chemistry. He plays the reckless tough guy and she's the goody demure girl..

That's why movies starring both of them are so watchable.

This is my favourite movie starring Cherie.
CYF maybe not, there's a lot including The Killer, A Better Tomorrow, etc.
I found "An Autumn's Tale" quite boring actually, slow moving, too much dialogue...................

Chow Yun Fatt is already a legend in HK cinema. To me his best work were the gangster/hero bloodshed movies in the 80s. I absolutely love <英雄本色> -- must have watched it 20 times already. But watching Autumn's Tale last night just showcases his versatility. Btw I bumped into him in a restaurant in HK.. he was alone and had no airs whatsoever. What a genuine superstar.

Cherie Chung is no doubt a beauty but her roles are limited. I find Maggie Cheung a more versatile actress.
