The good thing about being in Australia is that it is easier to seek out opportunities without the Singapore citizenship constraints.

Hey, I get bad advice from my frz (ex-sinkie) who claimed sea food such as abalone is cheap !@#$%.. i took a bowl of sharkfin for my b/fast - I was billed for AUD $80 per bowl !! all thanks to this dick-head.. But the rest of the food is relatively cheap..

Mate, the seafood, Abalone, Lobster, etc are imported from Aussie land. Its "cheaper" to eat them in Australia. That is also why during the asian flu crisis, we get $7 lobster because it did not get exported to china.
