If only men were like waffles

CRISP on the outside, soft and fluffy inside, with deep pockets. The deeper, the better.
If only men were like waffles.
But never fear, while the search for the perfect man is somewhat like the quest for the Holy Grail, a perfect waffle is more attainable.
The very first step to waffle-making is to convince a Belgian guy to give you his secret family recipe. If he is hot, that is a bonus. If not, it doesn't matter, as long as the waffles are.
Now, if you are hot yourself, it might go a long way in persuading him to share a recipe that has been passed down through many generations in his family.
Otherwise, you would have to do it the hard way, as I did - beg and hound him mercilessly paparazzi-style until he surrenders.
While there are men who are impervious to beauty and charm when it comes to fiercely guarded family recipes, none can stand up to hours, days or even weeks of nagging and prodding. Unless they are married men who have in-built ear plugs.
Cake mixer or Belgian hunk?
Once you lay your hands on the recipe, the other key to making an authentic Belgian waffle is to get the same Belgian guy, preferably with strong sturdy arms, to mix the batter.
If there is none available, one must improvise. A cake mixer would come in handy in such man-less situations, unless you wish to flex your own biceps.
Also equip yourself with a waffle iron. Not only necessary for waffle-making, it is also a potential weapon of man destruction should you catch your guy sneaking peeks at other tasty treats. Simply stuff him in the iron and clamp it down tight.
That would teach him not to waffle and proclaim his undying loyalty to you instead.
