From the given GE results, if the PAP's GRC team stood in SMCs instead, they would still have won by a convincing margin. Opposition cocksuckers would just have to content themselves with jeering at PAP candidates for winning with a 60% majority instead of the average 70% average. But either way, Ong Ye Kung, Victor Lye or any other PAP candidate would have won, discounting only Hougang SMC which will continue to languish and stink for the next 5 years with Aljunied GRC while the rest Singapore forges ahead.
