Squatting for few months is hardly a deterrent.
He can come out to enjoy his ill gotten gains and retire into the sunset.
Appropriate sentence would be to confiscate all of CHC and Con Hee's assets (this suggestion would be music to greedy pappies).
Outlaw this CHC cult so that Con Hee cannot make a comeback.
Caning should be meted out as well....
SIA and APB makan money guys got decades in jail....duration of Con Hee's sentence should be similar to theirs.

Does not matter how long the prison sentence is. These ppl already expect the prison doors to open in the night and set them free. Chains were break and doors open and they will walk out!
