I think RM went in to see what is so good about the IBD proprietary technology and discovered it was no big deal. Their own engineers were working on similar or better stuff. So now, they just end up paying for IBD's connections and relationships with its customers and also for any hard assets included in the deal, like land and building and equipment. This is common knowledge. The years of grace, negotiated by widows tag team, were limited from the beginning. RM did only want the assets, which since old Ds death are none. My friend Gero upped the rent substantially as a goodie for Dusseldorf to swallow and since they know the building is the only asset RM really could use. I predict the building will also be gobbled up for a two figure million sum not far from now.
SIDEKICK DR RICHARD KWOK IS STILL AROIND...........WHAT HAPPENS TO IBD ASSETS IN SINGAPORE???@GeRoJoVoSs that indeed would have been a bad decision made. If the old D could have had his name into Rheinmetall forever and he has been to proud to proceed, what a shame.
now Deisenroth is D E A D….
No more…
Vanished from the history…
Did IBD have a lot of assets in S'pore? One office only, and some wayang research facility. Its not like they had a factory producing the MEXAS armour for the Bionix and Leo 2SIDEKICK DR RICHARD KWOK IS STILL AROIND...........WHAT HAPPENS TO IBD ASSETS IN SINGAPORE???
How do we blow the cover off this story? Is there some german press journalist willing to write an article on this? And publish it in the german press. The opposition in singapore can use it against the PAP.Define assets, best contacts into high decision making, yes
A popular project lead in STK, yes
Big contracts by SAF, yes
But Rheinmetall didn’t want any part of this assets.
Those were left in what used to be Engineering Office Deisenroth, IBD Ltd., now DS Systems Ltd…..
singapore knew it was betrayed but from shame agreed to hide all as deep as possible.
Isn’t this Martin Tillack guy a good whistleblower…How do we blow the cover off this story? Is there some german press journalist willing to write an article on this? And publish it in the german press. The opposition in singapore can use it against the PAP.
Singapore was not left out in the acquisition of Diesenroth by RM lah There is nothing to buy in S'pore. THere is no plant, property or intellectual patents that IBD holds in singapore. Plus RM know the amount of shit bribery and conflict of interest that IBD paid in the PAP and the SAF to get the contracts. If it blows up, they don't want to be any part of that. NO upside and plenty of downside if they involve themselves in singapore. Just get the parent company to wind up operations in singapore lah. What about him? @AchimHaas
He is on a crusade to Rheinmetall and their wrongdoings. Singapore was explicitly left out of the acquisition of old Disenroths empire, to avoid this trouble. So nothing to investigate.
The old red company formerly known as IBD is still alive and SAF could just reach out to get some money back, if it wasn’t so shameful to admit being fooled for years.
Find a investigator in Singapore who likes to touch this pile of crap.
so easy to copyIBD's shares owned by DIesenroth were held in a family trust. As executor of the trust, he would have to direct the trust to sell its shares to this outside partner. But the wife would have known for sure. Rheinmetall probably had first right of refusal to purchase the shares and also some agreement in place. The wife must have known about the side deal. Rheinmetall engineers can already reverse engineer the IBD passive armour systems by now they don't need IBD anymore. Rheinmetall should just quietly go away and continue to use the IBD technology.
After RM has taken over operations, all is in the clear about old tech. By this RM should be aware of the fraud committed, even when not responsible because of the character of their deal. RM could be responsible to whistleblow on things that came to their attention,so easy to copy
If RM whistleblows, that means they never did their due diligence and bought a company with a lot of hidden snakes inside. The RM BOD will axe some executive as a peace offering to the shareholders. No one in RM want to be the executive to get chopped. SO, even if they discover any fraud, they will keep quiet. After RM has taken over operations, all is in the clear about old tech.
