That they should get the jobs that they want even without qualifications or the experience.
While it is much easier to tap the existing global marketplace?
Why should the taxpayers pay for the education and skills upgrades for non qualified Singaporeans.
Not only that will take longer time to achieve. What if they drop out halfway, would public funds be wasted?
