Most cheapo n small companies..the admin is the accounts. N with modern accounting software etc.. the difference is minimal... further more. He is a dip in accounting so basically a book keeper...if he is a chartered accountant than its different. So it's basically a tall storyNot really. No matter what, accounting still involves some technical knowledge whereas admin can be downright simple tasks such as filing, data input or replying some emails.
