My diet consists of plenty of vegetables, potato and carrots in soup, spinach and broccoli for stir fry, french beans or long beans in omelettes, romaine and cherry tomatoes in salads... and that long list of fruits I eat all the time.
Very healthy indeed! Plenty of prebiotics in your diet.
