She checked with the two units above and both the China woman and Hongkie Cantonese confirmed they heard loud drillings and as usual the China woman denied it’s her when the audio recording that I sent to condo manager clearly showed the loud drillings were followed immediately by loud knocks from above unit.

As usual no warning letter is sent by the condo manager for blatant flouting of condo rules with numerous times of very loud drillings from 1 plus pm to late afternoon for hours long intermittently on Sunday (24 November 24). The condo manager said the China woman denied doing drilling so cannot send her letter and will just paste a general notice in the lift, which obviously has no effect on such evil arrogant people.
