Ya it will please you to know I have already been diagnosed with fatty liver disease last year and that’s what caused my suspicion and prompted me to go for sleep test.No wonder!
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Obstructive_sleep_apnea#Signs_and_symptoms
Common symptoms of OSA include unexplained daytime sleepiness, restless sleep, and loud snoring (with periods of silence followed by gasps). Less common symptoms are morning headaches; insomnia; trouble concentrating; mood changes such as irritability, anxiety and depression; forgetfulness; increased heart rate and/or blood pressure; decreased sex drive; unexplained weight gain; increased urination and/or nocturia; frequent heartburn or gastroesophageal reflux disease; and heavy night sweats.
....
There is a stigma associated with loud snoring, and it is not considered a feminine trait. Consequently, females are less likely to be told by their partners that they snore, or to admit it to themselves or doctors. Furthermore, CPAP is also perceived negatively by females, and less likely to be utilized to its full extent in this group.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sleep_apnea#Signs_and_symptoms
People with sleep apnea have problems with excessive daytime sleepiness (EDS), impaired alertness, and vision problems. OSA may increase risk for driving accidents and work-related accidents. If OSA is not treated, people are at increased risk of other health problems, such as diabetes. Death could occur from untreated OSA due to lack of oxygen to the body. ....
Due to the disruption in daytime cognitive state, behavioral effects may be present. These can include moodiness, belligerence, as well as a decrease in attentiveness and energy. These effects may become intractable, leading to depression.
There is evidence that the risk of diabetes among those with moderate or severe sleep apnea is higher. There is increasing evidence that sleep apnea may lead to liver function impairment, particularly fatty liver diseases (see steatosis). Finally, because there are many factors that could lead to some of the effects previously listed, some people are not aware that they have sleep apnea and are either misdiagnosed or ignore the symptoms altogether.
KNN hoi lu hiao ah KNNAny good wishes or advice for me?
Anything wrong for me to say this fact of sinkies mantra of you die your business. Anyway I am just being sarcastic as this thread is obviously targeting at @AhMeng that say I keep talking about money. So I talk about my illness lor.
Please remember that only two days ago, you said the following in another thread of yours:

Really? Good to know someone will miss me in the graveyard shift.i will miss her if she's gone. there are fewer and fewer sbf forummers left posting during the graveyard shift. alberta doc has given up on sinkies and sbf already.
Don’t be so sure. You never know when your time is up. Maybe more numbered than me.Looks like @ginfreely's days are numbered!
That’s USA price. The Spore price is $2100 plus for the machine and another $300 plus for the face mask. In Malaysia the price is near Rm8k. The reason I don’t think i want it is it’s very uncomfortable with very strong air inflow and face mask is big restriction. Were you hospitalized from Saturday until yesterday (Sunday)?

Do you mean:

a form of:
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Positive_Airway_Pressure (PAP)
But since you need it, why do you not want it?
Is it because you can't afford it, even though its average price is only roughly S$1,000:

or is it because even though you can afford it, you still prefer to be stingy?

Anyway looks like illness is also connected to money although some act high ses people @AhMeng like to insult people for talking about money. $2500 machine and mask should last for five years or so meaning $500 a year. Can’t claim from lousy Spore insurance! That’s USA price. The Spore price is $2100 plus for the machine and another $300 plus for the face mask. In Malaysia the price is near Rm8k. I just read through this fibromyalgia that onset at middle age. I have been snoring since my 20s so should not be due to this. But it’s still sad to know i have severe sleep apnea that put me at high risk of heart and eye disease, diabetes, liver impairment etc. I live a clean life with healthy diet and weight and yet end up with all kinds of shit!
Although you curse and swear at me (due to mistaken identity), I sincerely wish you well. One of my relatives has this condition, and he needs to lug his slingbag containing the breathing apparatus whenever he needs to spend the night away from home. It's a little cumbersome but he is used to it now. And his sleep has improved tremendously. No I already know the results more than a month ago. Just starting this thread since some shallow people think that talking about money means I have no other problem in life.
Any good wishes or advice for me?
I haven’t cursed at you before but I know you have been attacking me all this while. Proven I am right! May you die before me!may you RIP soon.
I read somewhere that voice training helps to remove blocking. Good that I am learning singing!Actually try deep throat blow job shaft the dick deep into throat expand the throat wider....
No it’s not mistaken identity. You Malaysian bastards have definitely contributed to the advancement of my disease and heaven will make you pay back. Anyway the hospital gives me a letter for traveling purpose to clear custom. But who knows Malaysian custom officer suka suka will surely charge me 30% tax.Although you curse and swear at me (due to mistaken identity), I sincerely wish you well.
