pfizer-biontech dosage is 0.3ml each jab 3 weeks apart while moderna dosage is 0.5ml each jab 4 weeks apart. yet the former efficacy is a few percentage points better than the latter. better efficacy, better efficiency. that’s why the former is the gold standard. moderna takes the silver.

How is Pfizer gold standard? Needs to be stores in -70 degrees. Still needs to be manually diluted before jabbing. Do you really trust the pinoy nurses to do the dilution properly?

senior 1st world nurse should do the thawing and dilution, then pass it to junior 3rd world nurses when it’s ready between 36.9-degree f and 46.9-degree f for the next 5 days, not going over 6.9 days. shorter the window the better as less mistakes will be made, unlike moderna’s long window which is 30 days. pinoy nurse will easily forget and lose track when duration is too long as she can only count up to 6.9 days per week with sunday off. she will have less mistakes with pfizer and more with moderna as pfizer requires utmost supervision and care.
