3rd A.R.T test negative yesterday night and 4th A.R.T tested negative this morning.

I only have mild symptoms with a slight sore throat, runny nose and headache.

It's so easy to catch CV19. I was back in office last Thursday 14 October for a face to face project meeting with three others. The next day, I had symptoms and A.R.T. tested positive.

wrong lah. it is not that easy . it all depends on one's immune system. if the virus is so powerful , whether it is delta , gamma or wat no ,
many more people would have been infected by now.

there are many people who reported that they had been in very close contact with infected person , but they themselves were not infected.
