The mere foot soldiers and yes men, when they grow old, they turn into people like Ong Teng Cheong, Tan Cheng Bok and Ngiam Tong Dow. Old men sick and tired of sucking up shit for the PAP, but when they want to protest, it is too late to do very much and they are nothing but isolated voices. Even Tan Jee Say, from the looks of his desperate antics, knows that time is very short for him to get into parliament and hopefully be a thorn in the flesh. Problem is, he's not in a position to do anything either.
