南方澳跨港大橋坍塌油罐車落海 壓垮漁船6人重傷另5人待救

宜蘭縣南方澳跨港大橋上午大約9時30分發生坍塌意外，造成油罐車壓毀、多艘漁船受損及民眾落海。消防署統計至中午止，意外造成10傷，1人為台灣籍、9人為外國籍，其中6人重傷。另5人待救，空勤總隊、海巡署已派員到場救援。此外，張姓油罐車駕駛已被救起，並協助送往醫院就醫。
宜蘭縣南方澳跨港大橋上午9時許忽然發生坍塌意外，造成1輛油罐車遭橋墩壓毀後起火，油罐車的火勢已撲滅，另有多艘漁船受損及民眾落海。
消防署後統計至中午止，跨港大橋坍塌意外造成10人受傷，其中6人重傷送博愛醫院、4人輕傷送蘇榮醫院。空勤總隊也派遣直升機NA-101，抵達現場空勘。國軍蘇澳水下作業大隊派遣7人下水搜救，基隆水下作業大隊2車6人也已出發前往蘇澳。
海巡署接獲通報後，立即成立緊急應變中心，派遣10055、2033及5052等3艘艇及66人投入救援行列，陸續救出多名受傷民眾，張姓油罐車駕駛已被救起，並協助送往醫院就醫。
消防署指出，國防部黑鷹直升機在上午11時許從松山基地起飛，前往現場接替空勤NA-101在空中場勘作業。

交通部部長室人員目前初步瞭解，這起事故是因為大橋海側橋墩坍塌，導致橋體向下掉落斷裂，但事發原因尚待釐清，根據氣象局回報，今天凌晨1時54分，花蓮近海發生芮氏規模3.8地震，南澳最大震度達4級，但尚難確認與斷橋有關。

軍方指出，蘇澳港大拖艇及陸戰隊M8艇駛往大橋附近實施人員搜救；蘇澳支部成立救災小組赴現場救難指揮，蘇澳水下作業分隊7員攜帶潛水裝備赴大橋附近，下水實施搜救；基隆水下作業隊派遺6人攜帶潛水裝備，前往支援搜救。參謀總長沈一鳴、陸軍副總長陳曉明已赴現場指揮救援。
總統蔡英文表示，相關單位已動員所有力量搜救，內政部長徐國勇也已趕往現場協助處理，盼各單位傾全力救人，將傷亡降到最低。
1999年興建完成迄今20年的大橋，是座橋齡20年的號單鋼拱橋，更是亞洲第一座雙叉式單拱橋。早年從第一漁港到對岸造船廠要繞一大圈，1976年搭建水泥駝背橋，但橋太窄過低，大船無法順利進出，漁船雷達天線通過時也常碰觸橋墩，於是在1999年興建跨港大橋，大橋離海平面18公尺，解決大型漁船無法通行的困境，使得南方澳漁港得以長遠發展。

A collapse accident occurred at about 9:30 am in the South Australia Cross-Harbour Bridge in Yilan County, causing the tanker to be crushed, many fishing boats to be damaged and the people to land. The fire department reported that it was noon, and the accident caused 10 injuries. One was a Taiwanese national and nine were foreign nationals, six of whom were seriously injured. The Lanzhou South Australia Cross-Harbour Bridge in Yilan County suddenly collapsed at 9 o'clock in the morning, causing a tanker to be destroyed by the pier and the fire of the tanker was extinguished. Many other fishing boats were damaged and the people fell to the sea.

The military pointed out that the Su Ao Port large towboat and Marine Corps M8 boat sailed to the vicinity of the bridge for personnel search and rescue; the Suao branch set up a disaster relief team to go to the scene to rescue the command, and the 7 members of the Suao underwater operation unit carried diving equipment to the vicinity of the bridge and launched Search and rescue was carried out; the Keelung Underwater Operation Team sent 6 people to carry diving equipment to support search and rescue. The bridge that has been built in 1999 for 20 years is a single-steel arch bridge with a bridge age of 20 years. It is the first double-fork single arch bridge in Asia. In 1976, a cement humpback bridge was built, but the bridge was too narrow and too low, the big ship could not enter and exit smoothly, and the fishing boat radar antenna often touched the pier, so it was built in 1999.
