It is by now clear the cia was involved in the collapse of Tito state, and infact there are countless stories dating back the 70's when the deep state was
eager to divide yugoslavia as following:
1-Slovenia and Croatia to West Germany as a colony
2-southern serbia and dalmatia to the us ,as a colony too
and the remaning part (central Serbia) would remain independent but landlocked and without vovojdina (northern “Austro Hungarian Serbia")
given to nearby Hungary.
But this story isn't over yet, because when Tito died in 1980 , it was even simplier to create the path for its dissolution: In 1991 different cia agents invested
millions of dollars to corrupt local politicians (much like what happened in the ussr with kgb agents) and non governmental organizations, starting in Slovenia.
the latter was the most prosperous sfr of the country. they took bribes under the promise to implement anti union reforms
And their involvement didn't stop in 1991, but continued to this day especially durning the Bosnia war 1992–1995:

It is all very clear, the people who incited the war and dictated the terms of the peace now own the companies that exploit various mineral resources and the like! They simply made slaves of you, your people work for nothing and that product goes to Germany and America…they are the winners! You will eventually have to purchase and import what you have created yourself, and since you have no money, you have to borrow, that’s the whole story with the whole of the Balkans!
