Its the mentality of not spending within her means that needs to be taught. Cos if that is not learned forcing one to stop spending alone will yield more problems as well.

1. Make babies
2. Get rid of the maid
3. Ask the Mother in law not to come and babysit unless she provide shopping money.

one of the colleague actually share the same plight as me. his wifey is more advanced. she organised out of the coutry shopping spree. piangz!! he better not intro his wifey to my wifey.
