Chlorella is a single celled algae. It is one of the most nutritious foods, a super food. You will find it sold at Watsons, health stores, etc. Unfortunately Spore prices are high :(
They come in tablet & powdered form. I prefer the pure powder form because it doesn't have any binders found in the tablet form. The best chlorella comes from Japan & Hawai. The one I use is Yaeyama chlorella from Hawai.
I also don't believe in using medication. Long term most medicines have side effects.
