How mRNA attack the heart

Heart muscle cells do not regenerate, unlike skeletal muscle cells.

With mRNA LNPs accumulating in the heart, many heart muscle cells are transfected and load SC-2 Spike proteins on their cell membrane & MHC-1, attracting spike specific Abs & CD8+ T cells respectively.

The former in turn attract NK cells. Both CD8+ T cell & NK cell emit perforins to puncture the transfected cell and also emit granzymes to penetrate into the cell to break it up (lyse) from within.

The result is many broken heart muscle cells that go unreplaced. Any vigorous exercise that places stress on the heart, having to pump harder, focuses extra stress around these holes, leading to tears that can eventually rupture the heart.
