How long before diarrhoea starts after eating See Hum?

WTFF

You Lau Sai a lot also means loss of fluids.
You need to replenish your fluids, but do not take milk and alcohol.
Best is water or fruit juices or isotonic drinks for electrolytes.

I had such bad experience.
Doctor took my stool samples and found bacteria in the guts.
Given VANCOMYCIN for two weeks.
Then the daily diarrhoar totally gone.

Take Care.!!

I have not eaten raw see hum in a very long time. Occasionally cooked ones with hum kuey tiao.

Hope you are feeling better.

Not sure if Sinkieland sells this. Canned spicy see hum.

The JB supermarkets taught me many Malay words. Kerang = cockles. Kupang = mussels.

Anarex is like panadol,
not meant for diarroea.

Please refer to my post above.
Just wake up again. Feels better. Muscles on my arms and legs no longer that "suan". Going to drink some Milo, have another banana and take another round of Lacterol Fort. Then go back to sleep.

Knn. This food poisoning is far far worse than tio Covid infection.

You didn't puke like waterfall so that's good. You have no idea what lau sai and vomitting in the same toilet bowl is like.....every session feels like dying. I have never felt so close to death before.

The long sleep shuts down your body and let self-healing take over.
Eat a raw garlic or two with some ginger slices and you will feel much better. I always do that when I feel like shit. The combined antibiotic properties of the garlic and ginger kicked in quite quickly.
