I certainly don't want to contract it I almost died from the flu and I would probably die from Covid. However I did not see society shut down to prevent me from getting the flu so I am wondering why they are suddenly so concerned about my catching covid.

I give you another simple example that many doctors compromise on.

Use of antibiotics for patients with colds and flus. What does the science really say? What is the current practice in Singapore? What is popular and consumer pleasing?

If a doctor prescribes me antibiotics for a common cold/flu, I will not go to that doctor anymore. I get yr point abt another person’s gd doctor will be another person’s worst doctor. Just like one man’s meat is another man’s poison. Each individual is unique and will respond to situational crisis differently.
i personally think that you are a good doctor and an amazingly resilient person, and it is admirable that you could position yourself in an ang moh country, not an easy feat.

Nowadays people love to complain as long as they are not happy. And all complaints are investigated. Requires a letter of explanation that is also vetted by malpractice insurance lawyers and advisors.

We are not in ancient times today. Times have changed. These days you have to be careful what you say.

You are right, he did get quite a bunch of unhappy patients, you can never please everyone. It was not easy for him in between managing the staffs/programmes, managing the interns, keeping track of the patients under his care, etc. But he always focus on the good people, his gd patients, his gd colleagues and the good interns. We give power to what we focus on. I know this is easier said than done.

Possible but highly unlikely. The spike in deaths in the March to June time frame was more than just another flu virus.

I have an answer i learn from channelers who channel higher dimensional ETs and the divine. It depends on the frequency of the person that the docotor encounters and also the frequency of the doctor as well.

What i mean is that the background, knowledge. the understanding of life and the way they deal with it positive or negative (weighting on each side) of both the patient and the doctor. Low frequency people are always negative and high frequency are always positive. it flutuates depending on how the person is evolved by doing his inner work ( self-cultivation). More evolved person will maintain high frequency most or all of the time regardless of situations.

I am definitely not an anti vaxxer. I have my flu shots annually. I've had my shingles shot, my tetanus/whooping cough shot, my polio shot, my Meningococcal shot and god knows what else. I've lost count.

My dog gets all his shots annually too.

However this does not alter the fact that I do not trust a vaccine that is new and that has been rushed to market. I'll wait till the dust has settled and the medium/longer term effects are known.

What is pretty obvious is that Covid is not the killer it was made out to be as it has hardly made a dent on overall mortality figures.

The CDC data points to the fact that flu deaths have been replaced by Covid deaths which is why overall numbers are stable. This also brings into question the reliability of the covid numbers.

If the virus is treated like a flu...than i wont take the jab. I am forced to take the jab bcos i want to travel etc. N airlines will demand that passengers get vaccinated b4 flying. So its basically compulsory.

Silly Billy, the vaccine needs 2 doses(21 days apart for Pfizer after the prime injection, 28 days for Moderna) and another 2 weeks after the 2nd dose before it gives us the 90% immunity.
