bro my wife been working in Australian hospitals for 10 years and she said so far so good if she want to compare with sg working in Australia hospital is paradise.

for my case also working in Australia even its only 2 years it is a blessing the only bad experienced i had in working in Australia is when i work in CSSD where the manager is from Fiji (she a indian) and there 3 senior staff ( 1 ang mo 2 pinoy) and there 3 junior staff one of them a girl(indian) in her 20s join earlier then me and one more indian guy.

trust me it is a small dept but the asian (pinoy and indian) power hungry!!!!!!! they talk back when the other is not around!!
the manager want to groom the young indian girl to be incharge and this young indian girl big head think she be the second incharge!
while the senior pinoy not happy why this young indian girl like very bossy little did they know the indian manager have liking on her and want to groom her to be second incharge! so the power struggle started and i dont give a dam i just do my work and go home.

one day this young indian girl so bossy and tell me to do my job faster even when i open the hot oven where it washed the operation instrument she hurry me until my hand skin touch the hot metal and i got a blister! and that fucker still can say next time careful! i tod her i resigning and she ask me u got another job?
i told her i retiring!!! her eyes open wide!
then one week later i left th company and retire!
see these asian they can left their country and go to another countries but they still bring their asian culture with them even i am asian myself i kept asking why they like that bro!
