How can HDB flats be called proper homes part 2!

As per my previous post on how anyone can just enter your HDB block and commit crime and you are powerless against it.

Is this called quality housing where there is no privacy?

And after paying so much for it?

The issue isn't just HDB flats being too Expensive. The issue should also be that it is of poor quality in terms of living space and privacy. And plse dont compare with india/north korea/HK/vietnam ok?

LAST Friday, police arrested a 16-year-old youth believed to be responsible for several cases of outrage of modesty involving female victims aged between nine and 12 in Tampines since late last October. Officers had spotted a suspect matching the description given by the victims loitering at the void deck of Block 228, Tampines Street 22. They moved in quickly and arrested him.

Can compare with South Korea or Japan? Those are even more expensive and smaller then flats in HK :p:p
