They are not a band, they are a group. Most of the kpop you see are "manufactured" like the backstreet boys and spice girls. They don't write their own music, nor do they choreograph their own dance at all. They are just employees to the music corps they sign up with.

That's how a lawyer who will use such ambiguity to his advantage when this kind of case can be overturned to his client's favour and increasing his client's winning chance.
