Yes I saw that. The official Trump channel for lies, NEWSMAX/OAN got served intent to sue letter from Dominion Voting Machine Lawyers. This Lindell has emerged even more insane than the rest. Apparently he was a drugs addict turned businessman. I think some things you cannot recover from, the drugs must have warped his mind and he is certifiably insane.
And many major retailers have dropped his "My Pillow" Maybe he needs to "Sleep on it" LOL!

As for the senate impeachment trial...going by how Liz Cheney and Majorie Taylor Greene's cases were just handled by the GOP...very much looks like Trump shall get off...unless there is a secret vote in which case I think Trump would be seriously worried that he would get convicted...oh well... hopefully all the evidence made at the trial will at least further shock and awe the public...

Smartmatic named Sidney Powell, Guiliani, and also Fox Channel, United States. Inside the complaint is specifically listed, Maria Bartiromo, Lou Dobbs, and Hannity. No mention of Tucker. Still, if Fox was not afraid of the lawsuits, they would not have taken recent action, such as cutting Lou Dobbs, the Anchor on the Fox Business Channel who had the highest viewership on that channel.
It looks like while the United States might not have a POFMA, the lawsuits are doing the same job as this law.
There wont be a secret vote for the Senate Impeachment trial, but given the Liz Cheney vote I am willing to put serious $$$ money down the vote would be 70-80 Senators voting to convict. There is a very interesting NYT op-ed article on these Dominion and Smartmatic defamation lawsuits and how this impacts the 1st Amendment and media companies...unlike Singaporean s who are very use to defamation lawsuits being used in the political domain, Americans are totally not use to this 'tool' and understandably hesitant to go down this path...but guess the power of social media might have been the game changer... anyways very interesting to see how this plays out...even Rudy Giuliani's radio station took out a disclaimer before Rudy's latest radio shows after the lawsuits were filed... without his knowledge mind you...a real slap in the face for Rudy...and he was not happy...but just shows the BITE that these lawsuits are having ..perhaps Rudy and his ilk start telling the TRUTH and stick to the FACTS then they would have nothing to fear...

We are not amused by our knight in armor Rudy Guiliani's many mistakes. We have and always will stand by him, even after 4 Seasons fiasco, except when he has to pay countless millions due to lawsuits filed by many organizations. We will visit him in debtor prison and suggest he martyr himself.
