Horizon Residence Condo @ Taman Bukit Indah 2 By Mahabuilders

Hi I am interested in this development. Can share the price at which you bought your unit, the floor and the area size? I know I'll definitely need to pay much higher than the price bought from developer, just want to know how much more I would be paying if I really do get a unit. Thanks very much.

Nett after discount is about RM370 Per Sq Feet on mid floor. Most common type are 1050 sq ft & 1213 sq ft both come with 3 rm & 2 toilet. Seller would not be selling till after 2015....that is about 3 yr plus from S&P to avoid heavy Capital Gain Tax.
 
so far, What is the selling price market for Horizon Residence unit which located in mid/low floor and facing Jusco ?

My banker told me, there r ppl selling >RM500psf last mth!
After e heavy tax, it is still a very good profit.
 
horizon residence looks quite reasonably priced compared to fairway suites in same vicinity. Any comments? Is fairway suites in a better facing? its only 240 units

Fairway Suites is special, " Within Golf Course & the view is super ". I was priced out by Fairway pricing & chance upon HR lower cost. Cheque signed for HR within 48 hours after site visit. To me it is a Super Value Buy in Central Bukit Indah with Hill / Lake view.

On a different note, anybody with a unit in Tower B have not been asked for payment yet by your bank? I had received few letters regarding progress billings by MahaBuilder but none by my bank.. Find it kinda strange..
Anyone in same situation?

Friend, the capital gain tax is not that heavy. It is 5% on the profit, ie nett selling price minus nett buying price after 3 years. If profit is 100k, then only 5k, quite like a gst. Where got heavy as compared not Singapore implement the Additional stamp duty of 10% for foreigners.

I experienced it when received first billing from MB but my bank didn't do the disbursement. My lawyer advised me that it was due to some documents not yet received from MB. Now everything sorted.

Bear in mind that if the problem comes from your side, there may have late payment interest incurred. So please check with your lawyer to have more understanding.
 
Saw some 1045sqf units on sale at 500k. U guys think it's still value for money to get one now?

By the time "Demand Letter", arrived at yr Door-Step. it already 7 - 12 days late.
That give U less than 2 weeks to pay up before the 10% late payment charge kick in.
Prefer to forward Payment Cheque thru Lawyer. As the Law Firm use Courier to send Cheque to ensure No Late Cheque Arrival nor 10% late penalty charge.

I'm going to let go my unit @RM500/sqf(negotiable). Blk A 1045sqf. Mid floor,pool view.
 
Really got Buyer at RM510K selling price for 7th floor ? If yes then i will consider to let go mine too :)
