How much are they selling for type A and where's the location of show house? Is it opposite the HR apartment, which is opposite the main road?
I may need to consider which type to go for. Will be buying mainly for investment.

For investment, i think type c is most suitable

Alamak, misunderstanding. I meant the hh terrace needs balloting, not this. This is not that hot. actually its weird .. I have searched online for ages but cannot find the slightest info on.this too. developer said they didn not advertise international lots (many insiders/agents snapped up first) and they only adv on.msia newspaper for.the converted bumi lots. I guess they wanted to create awareness, if not - ppl would think its all fully sold as after all, the bumi lots.are not available for sale earlier. Will be staying in spore ah - this is for flip or.family to.move in. Expected vp 2014 year end. Foundation.already laid

It must have been the most low profile landed launch I encountered so far. It also shows that the developer and agents are confident of selling, which is true considering the sales so far. If it is widely advertised like Horizon Hill, I doubt you stand a chance to buy. The value should be boosted by Bukit Indah, Horizon Hill and Eco Botanic. Good buy!

thanks! True, very low profile. there are only 160plus houses so i think easy to clear. Ya the fact they are selling bumi lots now means the project was launched long time ago so good to be able to get a unit. Hope this project will do well !

if buy to keep i prefer A (i like the flat roof and land bigger)
but for investment, normally people buy the cheapest. so C is correct decision for you

btw, 160 houses, can share the total area of the taman (how many acre)? got G&G and facilities boh? strata or individual?

Yes, i like the Type A too for the spaciousness but over my budget. Good for own stay

hmm actually i didnt really find out abt the acres and land size statistics. just dropped in, see showhouse and booked as i think its a decent area, size and price. Its G&G, no facilities - only garden/playground. no idea whether its strata or individual ..will find out from agent and update

true. if i have 1mil budget, i would go for hh. but the developer is stingy with the rebates, fee subsidy so i skipped hh

in front of horizon residence condo lo. turn right into road after water tank at junction facing jusco .. follow the way leading to condo. i rather like the condo exterior
