My heart stop when watch the poor boy been hit by the car!!

The car should slowed down when reaching the pedestrian and should really show down when he see there people near the zebra crossing!!!

And the mother should hold the son hand to be safe. I guess she never tell her sin not to run on the road.

Basically this is what my uncle think as a whole
1. If you say you need to tell the child that road and car is danger then the child is a low iq child KNN
2. If you say the child knows it but still behave this way then the child leeserve to be knocked KNN
3. If you say you want to teach the child so that they will learn and become Higher iq then you are just lying to yourself KNN
4. If you say the child is playful but bright child then my uncle say you are only comforting yourself becas leeal bright child will know when to be playful and when not to without adult telling them KNN
