解放軍駐港部隊派參觀券 排頭位深圳居民清晨四時到場
解放軍駐港部隊三個軍營本月30日起開放三日，供巿民及團體參觀，共派發3萬張參觀券。排頭位的邱先生今天（24日）清晨4時已經到達中環軍營東門排隊。
3萬張參觀券於6月24日上午8時半至12時半在中環、九龍東等六個軍營外派發。市民憑身份證，每人最多領取4張參觀券。中環軍營東門是其中一個派發點，早上9時已有近500人排隊。
排頭位的深圳居民邱先生表示自己今早四點左右已經來到中環軍營東門的派發點排隊。
但因邱先生並非持有香港居民身份證，因此未能獲得參觀券。上午10點15分左右，現場排隊領取參觀券的香港市民全部完成領取，工作人員稱有剩餘參觀券會派予其他人士。而邱先生最終獲派昂船洲軍營的參觀券。
家住深圳的邱先生表示，因擔心因人數眾多而門票不足，自己昨晚(6月23日)6點已經出發來港。正修讀大學一年級邱先生表示自幼覺得解放軍「形象健康，紀律嚴明且親民。」而自己是中國發展的見證者，而解放軍對國家發展「至關重要。」，所以希望一睹軍人風采。今次打算去昂船洲軍營，最期待參觀軍艦。
解放軍駐港部隊位於石崗、新圍和昂船洲的三個軍營，在本月30日及7月1日會開放讓巿民參觀。7月2日開放予香港青年學生。

People’s Liberation Army’s Troops in Hong Kong Send Tickets for Visits to Shenzhen’s Residents Arrive at 4 o’clock in the Morning

People’s Liberation Army’s Troops in Hong Kong Send Visit Tickets
The three military camps of the People's Liberation Army stationed in Hong Kong were open for three days starting on the 30th of this month for public and group visits. A total of 30,000 tickets were distributed. Mr. Qiu, who took the lead, arrived at the east gate of the Central Military Camp at 4 am today (24th).
30,000 tickets were distributed outside the six military camps in Central and Kowloon East from 8.30am to 12.30am on June 24. With ID cards, the public can receive up to 4 tickets per person. The East Gate of the Central Military Camp is one of the dispatch points. Nearly 500 people line up at 9:00 in the morning.
Mr. Qiu, the Shenzhen resident who took the lead, said that he had arrived at the dispatch point of the East Gate of the Central Barracks at about 4 o'clock this morning.
However, because Mr. Qiu did not hold a Hong Kong Identity Card, he could not obtain a voucher. At about 10:15 a.m., the Hong Kong citizens who had queued at the scene to receive the voucher had all completed the collection. The staff member claimed that the remaining tickets would be distributed to other persons. Mr. Qiu was eventually awarded a ticket to the barracks of Stonecutters Island.
Mr. Qiu, who lives in Shenzhen, said that he had already departed to Hong Kong at 6 o'clock last night (June 23) because of concerns about the large number of tickets. During his first year at university, Mr. Qiu said that he felt that the People's Liberation Army was "well-imaged, disciplined and close to the people." While he is a witness to China's development, the People's Liberation Army is "critical for the development of the country." . This time I intend to go to the Barracks on the Stonecutters Island and I am most looking forward to visiting the warships.
The PLA troops stationed in Hong Kong are located in three barracks in Shigang, San Wai and Stonecutters Island. They will be open for visits by the public on the 30th of this month and July 1st. It will be open to young students in Hong Kong on July 2.

[Now News] The People's Liberation Army stationed in Hong Kong opened three military camps to citizens during July 1 and distributed tickets today.
Tickets were handed out at 8:30 pm. Over one hundred people queued outside the Central Military Camp one morning. There were long queues outside the barracks.
The People's Liberation Army stationed in Hong Kong will open military camps at Shigang, San Wai and Ngong Shuen Chau at different times on June 30 and July 2. Today, it distributes 30,000 tickets for visits in six military camps.
The queue for the team was a Mainland man who came to Hong Kong to collect tickets from Shenzhen. He wanted to visit warships, helicopters and other equipment. However, because he was not a Hong Kong resident, he was unable to obtain tickets immediately.
Some children also pointed out that they had also visited the barracks in the past and hoped to see the People’s Liberation Army again.
