Casino gambling caused Hong Kong Fire Brigade chief to lost his money and wife as well as children, he also lost his mind.

He went to the antique shop owned by Macao Casino Boss Hor Hong Sin's 3rd wife with knife and intimidated the 2 female staffs. He tied them up as hostage and demanded direct dialog with Hor Hong Sin's 3rd wife.

He does not just want only money, but he demanded Hor Hong Sin's 3rd wife to persuade her husband to abandon operating the infamous Macao IR Casino!

He is to be sentenced or what he did at the antique shop on 2nd Nov 2009.

消防隊目承認恐嚇及禁錮古董店女職員案件，區域法院 法官把案件押至11月2日判刑，等候被告的家庭背景、精神及心理報告。

被告陳細棠，45歲，案情指，被告在本年6月30日到賭王何鴻燊 三太太陳婉珍開設上環古董店，用刀指嚇兩名女職員，加以捆綁及蒙眼，又用襪封口，要脅要跟三太直接對話，指何鴻燊連累他失去妻兒，希望她勸何鴻燊不再經營賭業。

遇劫古董店「御珍閣」位於荷李活 道168號C地下，開業逾20年，是陳婉珍自置物業，當年她以200多萬元購入。古董店專賣明清古董，陳列在櫥窗一對清乾隆繪龍花瓶價值300萬元，為鎮店之寶。

The sentence should be rephrased as, "He is to be sentenced on 2nd Nov 2009 for what he did at the antique shop.

A fireman's job is to put out fires, but it seems the fire brigade chief couldn't handle his fiery mind and mood.
