Look, I dont want to bash Australia. I think Sydney is a nice city - but in my opinion I just dont think Sydney should be more expensive to live in than New York. And now look at this latest statistic - now the housing is more expensive than New York and London. I have seen some very nice new buildings in New York, and sime very tiny, modern flats in London. The article claims eqivaluent housing units comparing Australian Cities to other World Cities.

Mt Lawley's a friend, friend, not a relative. No way no relatives there they are in Sydney in the East Surburb there. Hey man we all bitch and complain you know? I got a kid here who keeps buggin me to take him to Orlando near our vacation house just for that new Harry Potter ride at Universal Studios. He's driving me nuts so I tell Mr Mt Lawley and Mr Mt Lawley tells me thats nothing. He went out for dinner two people and the bill is easily 200 bucks at a decent place these days. He's saying he reckons Perth is now about as expensive to live as Tokyo or London you know? So we talk about what ails us, you know?

I cant sponsor my friend only the Sis in Sydney who is stuck there in her Paddington house. Cant sell it what to do? No buyers. I told them to cash out equity loan the place and run over here if they cant sell. They have been thinking about it for two years but I am sure I'll corrupt them.

Sure or not, $200. I reckon that he is pulling your leg. I had large m&d crab at North Perth for $18 per pound. Of course, I do not need to tip the restaurant.

I can see that. You should ask her to rent out her place. Anyway, US property prices are so cheap, the Mexican cheap labor to renovate the house and pick your brains on ways to avoid taxes. Cheap flights to visit theme parks. Wow. I can only be visitor in America, while you have all the fun there.

Anyway, I am stuck here in Perth until I close my investments. Anyway, I need to have the Perth Mint close by, because all my physical gold are stored there.

Sadly, this is exactly the point I am making. I am not bashing - but its really surprising to see the Australian cities are now as expensive as Hong Kong, London, tokyo, New York etc.
