Just a suggestion. Enjoy the honeymoon. Becarefull about handing over CV when you have no PR yet. They will do the "politically correct" thing, accept it and then drop it with the many hundreds that they receive in the no go zone.
I know a guy who with a his wife (a nurse ) went around OZ on holiday cum job hunt without PR. Very disappointed. This is despite the fact that nursing is very high on the demand list.
