It is inhumane to have 12 people share one toilet/bathroom. HDB should be embarrassed, instead of trying to blow it's own trumpet.

Uncle hope they meant 12 people to 1 toilet that consist of a few cubicles like in shopping centres etc. The picture showing like 4 cubicles of which maybe 1 is for bathing?
Or maybe 2 WC 2 bathing ?
More like 3 WC 1 bathing means
4:1 to shit and 12:1 for bathing.
Even immediate family member is not easy to accommodate this configuration not to mention strangers.
Waiting for bloodshed to happen.
