Local sporns are getting cleverer, there is nothing in sinkapore to make them rich.
4D and toto also veri difficult to hit.
the only thing left to hit rich is HDB resale market.
i tok before, if you can, it is time now !
HDB cannot control COV, it is not illegal to up COV to 300K, hahahaha...
Local sporns have to queue with new sporns for the BTO, D&B, whatever.....if they refuse to part their money or borrow money....they are loving it everyday.
PAP cannot control COV, if they control, they lose votes, if they donch control, local sporns not jialat but have to bid and bid see whether they beat other buyers if they want old palaces.
No choice, market demand woh ! More FTs , more PRs means more demand.
What goes on with the mind with the resale sellers is nobody guess, of course money is important in sinkapore !
HDB life is getting more interesting....hahahaha...let see whether we can reach like this the COV.
3 room---300K COV
4room--500k COV.
If we can reach there, we are fairly rich....well done people....up the COV....we need a breaking point!
