if you or relatives and friends are selling HDB old flats, it is now or never to make a kill.

Nevermind about the local people now, go for rich PRs, they can afford to pay very high COV becos they think sinkapore is permanently safe !

COV is in cash payment. And HDB has no say, only you say and the buyer says.....no rules against high COV----they say is market demand---it is good.

if you can, get rid of the agent, do it yourself becos all these local agents are just parasites, no spurs in the hide donch want to compete with FTs and get a real jobs.

In sinkapore , very difficult to make big money , people here pray to HDB flats, so only selling high COV can make you fairly rich now.

becos if Oppo parties become govt, HDB flats will become nothing and affordable----just shelters.
If HDB palaces become affordable and cheap, wayang stops, money also stop, everything dies.

very good question you people ask ---where to go. lumpar parlum ....sell high buy also---die also.

now, this is a simple trick the natives are doing, i share with you.

many of them squeeze together in one flat , at their mothers places.

the natives are making money now, you know, they are one, they speak one language---touch their hearts when they shake hands.

if local chinese familes can co-operate and squeeze together, they can make money now from the HDB palaces.

This madness will last another 5 more years, five more years only, you know i know, unlikely to live over 92....

5 more years of mad HDB happiness left ........after that when oppo parties become govt , HDB become nothing, AND CHEAP CHEAP, BY THAT TIME...HAHAHAHAHA...SONG SONG !
