back in 1975 our HDB 3rm in Bukit Ho Swee only cost $6500 ..... :frown:
About 1973 / 74, a three room HDB flat near Bukit Merah View / Lower Delta Road, was about $9,500.
Forgot how much was a 5 room flat point or square block, but very affordable.
An E flat in Toa Payoh (from demolished blocks and rebuit) in 1990 was about $100,000
