That place is very fucked-up. Not many shops and most are closed. Mall 不像 mall. Looks big on the outside, but car-park occupy a big part of the mall. Some more far from Pioneer MRT. I think it can only service those who work at the clinic and community centre nearby.

Koufu at Pioneer Mall is a rip off because it enjoys monopoly power there and many old uncles and aunties are forced to eat there because they are less mobile
