HAVE YOUR SAY: Bring back the Kallang Roar
How can we improve the dismal state of local football?

The recently disbanded Singapore Lions
Singapore football has seen a decline recently, with the National Team exiting the first round of the AFF Suzuki Cup and the squad subsequently disbanded.
On Monday evening, National coach Raddy Avramovic was back in action -- the first time since the failed AFF Cup campaign -- leading the Lions Under -- 21 team against their Malaysian counterparts in a friendly match.
Singapore was hoping to groom its youngsters, and was using the match to prepare for next month's Olympic qualifiers against Yemen.
Despite the home ground advantage, the Singapore Olympic team unfortunately fell prey to a vastly more experienced Malaysian side, losing 2-0 on the night.
Football fans: Here's what we want to hear from you: What do you think can be done to bring back glory to local football? Is it finally time to revisit the Malaysia Cup, or is the official policy of grooming home-grown talent with a domestic league still valid? What are your hopes for the Lions as they embark on a difficult year of rebuilding ahead?
