SINGAPORE - Police are looking for the man in the photos to assist with investigations in cases of loansharking harassment reported in the vicinity of Rivervale Drive and Rivervale Walk.
The incidents occurred on Oct 9 and Oct 12 respectively.
The man is believed to be in his late 20s and of medium build.
On Oct 9, he was seen wearing black polo tee-shirt and jeans, and carried a while sling bag. He was also spotted with tattoos on both arms and wore spectacles.
On the second occasion on Oct 12, he was seen wearing yellow polo tee-shirt and jeans. Tattoos were seen on his chest.
