What is the most difficult thing about programming/coding?

why none of the inferior race slanties can develop a single operating system from scratch (not a distro of linux) ?

when it comes to software inferior slanties are lousy.

but when it comes to hardware, they are also lousy as they can't even develop a single microprocessor instruction set architecture or ISA that they can use in their microprocessors

why?

these should be simple enought tasks
