My wife cooks a lot of sg food.

Thermomix got lots of recipes!

Last week she made hokkien mee! Tastes just like the local sg one.

here sometime have hail bro the 1st time i saw hail i was very excited like a small children lol :smile:
I was initially too. Until one day I was driving home from work and got really big hail. And canada got no place to go for cover one. Very few underground car park or sheltered car park. Best I could do is park next to a building and hope the angle of the drop of hail leaves my car in some blind area.

Wife makes chai tow away also. But using rice cakes. Tastes almost the same

Beef rendang. Nasi lemak. Chicken rice. Laksa. Mee siam! Oh I like the mee siam!

Lots of local stuff.

She even made lo hei for CNY.
 
unfortunately me and my dear wife dont know how to cook because u know lah in sg for my wife her parent always tell her to study and her mother do the cooking.
as for me well the only thing i know is just eat what parent cook lol

so when we move to Australia most 90% we buy foodonly once awhile i will cook nasi lemak it took me 7 try and error just to make resoanable taste and for curry it takes me 4 years to get it right lol.

and after i bought the air fryer i always use it to fry my chicken lucky my daugther loves to eat fried chicken and plain rice and put abit of tomato sauce she can eat already :)
