Depends lah. Older towns usually get a lot of craps like irresponsible bird feeders, flying tampon and baby diapers. Kee Chiu managed zone is the worse, like Tg Pagar area.

Why the Prime Minister Lee GRC so dirty got so many HDB blocks undergone or undergoing swabbing?

He sets a very bad example for the rest of Singapore because he is the MP and never focus on public hygiene.

Because he knew that even turning Tg Pagar into a slump and garbage-filled zone, that breeds all sort of pesky insects and rats, Tg Pagar residents will still vote for him. His name is more important than their personal hygiene. So, why was there the need to worry about taking care of the GRC there? If you are the MPs in LKY GRC, you are the winner without needing to lift your finger to do anything for the voters.

Higher class people in Singapore are less likely to get infected with covid. We don't hang out with the filth at the fishery port or at the wet market. We get our fresh groceries from the finest supermarkets in Singapore where hygiene and personal space are taken more seriously.

That's a lie. Bro Chun Sing has worked very hard ever since he's been in Tanjong Pagar GRC. All the residents there, especially the Merdeka and Pioneer sinkies, can attest to that.

Potong Pasir is a depressing town. Cut off from the nearest civilization (Toa Payoh) by a major expressway. The main attraction in the town is a junior college. Town split into two by a section of the smelly Kallang River. Water treatment plant to the north of it.

I only visit oppie wards when I'm there with fellow grassroots leaders to do grassroots work. Crime rate is higher in oppie wards. I try to avoid wandering around alone
