LEAKED: Nee Soon South grassroots leader complained about Lee Bee Wah’s “ya-ya” behavior

Hi Mr Eugene Yeo,
Thank you very much for starting the petition against ER Lee Bee Wah. I pen my name on it too. I have been a GRL of Nee Soon South for over 20 years and had worked with various MPs and frankly speaking, “ER” Lee Bee Wah is really one of a kind.
How shall I put it? She is the “flashy” type who likes to publicize her “contributions” to everybody and show it in a way that she is indispensable to the community, a bloody attention-seeker.
When PM Lee, Dr Vivian or other big PAP guns come to Nee Soon South, she will hog the limelight by sticking to them like a super glue wherever they go and taking photos with them.
To be fair, she chairs the weekly MPS most of the time and is seen quite often in the constituency, but I won’t say she has the “human” touch. It’s quite difficult to describe in words, you have to work with her to find out for yourself.
During every MPS, the residents will have to queue as early as 6pm to wait for food ration given out by her and she typically arrived only after 8pm and once at 9pm.
Imagine the people queuing up and waiting for her like beggars. How are they feeling? There was once in the presence of the media, she told us to make a temporary stage and request the residents to go up to collect the ration from her. There was an old man who fell down from the stairs!
“ER” Lee Bee Wah is also very particular about people addressing her using the honorific term “ER”. I have heard of Prof, Dr etc, but never ER! From what I heard, it is used for chartered engineers, but what the heck, she even requested the CNY banner to put the word ER in bold to proclaim loudly to the whole world.
This first time I heard of such a title. I advise her if she so hard up for a title, donate Ringgit to BN or suck up to Najib, maybe can get Datuk, (sorry Datin). Anyway, I think Najib has better taste - Datin Lee Bee Wah? What a joke!
In case you do not know, there is a golf tournament named after her - the Lee Bee Wah Cup Fund Raising Golf Tournament which was held a week ago.
Apparently ER Lee was an avid golfer and there are a few well-known people in the finance industry who offered to be her caddy just to suck up to her.
Anyway, I heard there will be another Lee Bee Wah award or bursary coming up soon. She wants her name to be stamped everywhere in the estate!
I am not surprised at her reaction towards the table-tennis coach. Trust me she will never apologize. She loves her “face” too much. In the end, STTA will have to apologize for her. Don’t blame the STTA guys lah, what can they do? They have to listen to her for instructions lah, you think they dare to offend her?
I feel really sorry for the residents who need to queue up to see her, machiam like begging from her. Do you know how she became selected as PAP MP? Heard she was very on in grassroots activity and always pulling strings from above, very hard up to be MP type.
Good luck on your petition. It’s not easy to move her you know why? No more talent inside PAP lah, they are desperate for new blood. ER Lee will be around in the next GE and in many years to come.
