Definitely as well managers business is to help businesses not hinder them. A grab guy means there was a sale to be collected.

Some malls and supermarkets overzealous in applying social distancing inside their premise, but neglect those outside. They made sure only a few get in creating huge bottlenecks outside.really silly.

Had to break this to you. The mall business do not revolved around Grab delivery personeel. The mall is open to the PUBLIC. How the grab guy behaviour turns out to be is non of the business of the mall. But it is the business of the victims due to his behaviour.

That is what you think. Business comes from all directions and not just from Grab. If the grab guy know that he depend on this work to earn a living, then he has to be even more careful on his behaviour and put it on check. Bad behaviour from anywhere does not mean it is the responsiblity of the mall.

Are you a Grab delivery person too? You sound like you can't handle pot shots at delivery guys.

The same guy is probably very rude to food vendors who holds him up.

I have seen many delivery people who acted like hooligans when collecting food.

Implement a tax ($10?) of all online app food delivery orders worth below $50 per customer.

No longer will a pack of chicken rice be delivered to you just because you have a craving for it but are too lazy to go buy it yourself.

You will see less people delivering food and I suspect less incidents like this. Just one big order from one eatery, and the food deliverers don't have to move from place to place to pick up frivolous orders.

Problem solved.

he is not the first and would not be the last.
As much as we wish to support our own citizen no matter they are in Grab or other jobs, but those need to teach a lesson please don't go soft.

put the energy to the authority, no matter the one takking 100K or million dollars from our nation coffer.
to put your energy or anger on fellow citizen (except the conduct of the Grab-delivery guy in the post) and the business operator, you are baking at the wrong tree.
