近日，上海老港再生能源利用中心二期项目整套启动使用。二期项目占地283亩，建设规模为每天焚烧处理生活垃圾6000吨。老港再生能源利用中心二期项目是推进生活垃圾全程分类体系建设的关键布局。该项目在建设中引进先进设备，提高了垃圾资源回收率。运送到这里的垃圾在烈焰中转化为电能，炉渣则将变身为砖、水泥等建筑材料。最终垃圾体积将减为最初的1%，大幅提升了上海市生活垃圾末端处置资源化、无害化、减量化水平。

Recently, the second phase of the Shanghai Laogang Renewable Energy Utilization Center was launched. The second phase of the project covers an area of 283 mu, and the construction scale is 6,000 tons of domestic waste per day. The second phase of the Laogang Renewable Energy Utilization Center is a key layout for promoting the construction of a whole-class classification system for domestic waste. The project introduced advanced equipment during construction and improved the recycling rate of garbage resources. The garbage transported here is converted into electric energy in the flame, and the slag will be transformed into brick, cement and other building materials. The final waste volume will be reduced to the original 1%, which will greatly increase the resource utilization, harmlessness and reduction level of Shanghai domestic waste end disposal.
