PAP's solution back then to prevent corruption within their ranks was to increase salaries for all of their Ministers...

After this latest debacle, maybe Pinky ought to set up a personal harem each for all of his sex deprived male Ministers..

The only solution is to legalise POLYGAMY and abolish the woman's charter.
This would be a super incentive for SINKIES to work harder to earn more $$$ so as to afford more sex partners without risking expensive alimony payments in divorce. The GDP growth would be greatly increased and perhaps more children would ensue from multiple wives.
