Somehow I don't know whether an angry email or a visit to a Singtel shop would work. For the former, I think I will get silence from those jokers, and for the latter, these are Singtel employees, merely ordinary people out to do a living, like you and I, and I'd think while we should inform them of our displeasure over the service, I don't think we should lambast these employees for their employer's fault.
It simply wouldn't be fair to them. In any case, I think we should go to a Singtel shop and say it truthfully to them- but in a polite way- because these are people like you and me.
