vivian scolded RWS' ads for advertising winners and their bounties. what about singapore pools'? don't they also advertsie which locations have won the TOTO JACKPOT too? after they ve done that, that lucky location usually have long queues to place their bets.

gov is NOT practising what they are preaching. are they slapping themselves unwittingly?

if vivian instigates a fine for RWS, what about singaporepools which flooded heartlander housing estate with betting centres when they should be installing more POSB atms or other ammenities like postboxes to convenient residents

just look at the payout in football pools. kana sai!! bet $1 sometime win back only few cents. some more they set limit to the win. wtf!! gov super kiasu and they apply that to their leegal gambling vices too. like that also can? and worst, singaporeans are so bloody stupid to bet to lose instead of win.

i think i throw my wager in the roulette table better. at least for every $1 bet on single number wins me $35. the chances is one to 37, include the 0 in the bet.
