IPPT is so easy. Just treat it as part of your daily dose of exercise.

Depends on your age & if you have the luxury of time to stay in shape. Looking at most Sporeans who are suffering from premature aging or receding hair line, I doubt many are aging gracefully.

It only requires 4 hours of exercise a week to stay in shape. EVERYBODY has 4 hours to spare.

thats for the casual exerciser maybe....anyone whose done anything significant in life know you have to put in the real hours and the real pain to get the real results,i had to lose 10kg once cycling two hours a day everyday for two months and 3.5 hours on weekends.same goes for playing a music instrument, playing poker or playing a video game.u need to commit at least 200 hours to stop being a noob and at least 2000 hours to be a pro.

I'm talking about becoming a pro athlete. I'm referring to how much time it takes in order to pass IPPT easily. All it takes is 4 hours a week.

actually aiming a basic pass i not difficult.
moeover it help to keep you decently fit for as long as your age allow.
should old man not exercise, he would not live past 70

My exercise regimen takes up 3 hours a week – 2 runs, 2 gym workouts. I can walk into any IPPT test any day and pass easily.

E.g. I do 80 sit-ups in one minute twice a week in the gym, and I can still do 16 pull-ups. Both would fall within Grade A in the old IPPT grading system for 18-year-old recruits. The 2.4 km is just a warm-up for me 'cause I do long runs in excess of 10 km at least once a week.

During BMT, one instructor (a corporal) was a sadistic bastard, if anyone faints, he'd poke the recruit with a needle! After we saw him do it to one mate who looked weak and ready to collapse and suddenly became alert, no one dared to pretend!

Cheers!

The best way to geng is to feign fainting. I always do tat .run a few metre n fall gracefully to the ground.

Bearing with needle poke is still better than continuous physical tekan lor.
